At Coursera, our Marketing and Communications team is responsible for brand development, product marketing, PR, and acquisition and retention marketing for learners, enterprises, and university partners. We’re looking for a person who can help us empower our customers to attract, retain, and grow talented employees by providing them with access to the world’s best career-relevant online education. 

You will work with the Global Demand Generation Team and Global Sales Leadership to drive business growth by generating leads and sales pipeline via multiple marketing channels. You have experience building campaigns and programs to reach decision makers within medium and large enterprise accounts. You possess strong organizational and project management skills, a data-driven approach, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to confidently design and execute integrated, digital-first campaigns. You are a creative, motivated, and collaborative individual who values flexibility and the opportunity to make an impact. 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to build, land and sustain integrated campaigns across all geos using digital channels including web, email, paid media, and nurturing
  • Design and  build automated programs (e.g. multi-track nurture) to further qualify and accelerate leads through the marketing funnel
  • Engage with third- and first-party content creators to develop assets (e.g., offers, eBooks, webinars, workshops) for each campaign
  • Be accountable for achieving lead generation targets and predictable pipeline outcomes.
  • Oversee campaign performance reporting and deliver metrics and insights to marketing leadership throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Work closely with sales development leaders to optimize follow-up of inbound leads and support outbound marketing campaigns with compelling messaging and offers

Your Skills:

  • 3+ years leading B2B marketing campaigns and programs in a fast-growth environment
  • Successful track record managing, multi-channel initiatives including webinars, email marketing, and paid media campaigns
  • Expertise working cross-functionally in a distributed organization to plan, build and execute complex campaigns and programs 
  • Solid copywriting skills and the ability to create conversion-oriented landing pages and emails
  • Data-driven approach to demand generation and hands-on experience building and analyzing reports in CRM/analytics software. Ability to derive qualitative and quantitative insights to improve campaign performance
  • Exceptional organizational skills and great attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
