Role Description: Title: Senior Financial Accounting Analyst
Location: Empire State Building - 350 5th Ave, New York, NY
Department: Corporate Finance Accounting and Reporting
Reports to: Director - External Reporting

• Perform disclosures of the US GAAP 10-Q/K with appropriate support
• Perform the non-GAAP disclosures and normalization process
• Assist in reviewing and analyzing consolidated and divisional results, including streamlining data collection
• Assist with the preparation of the MD&A section and segment disclosures of US GAAP 10-Q/K with appropriate support
• Assist the Investor Relations team with the preparation of key documents and all supporting documentation
• Work closely with local and divisional finance personnel to implement more efficient and effective processes
• Help perform Sarbanes-Oxley controls related to Financial Accounting Close and Quarterly Reporting processes
• Assist with the preparation of sections of Audit Committee communications and support quarterly filings
• Prepare monthly Corporate journal entries and account reconciliations
• Perform ad-hoc and special project requests made by management in a timely and efficient manner
• Ability to proactively and independently identify opportunities for improvement and drive results
• Accountable for accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting
• Prepare support and address requests coming from internal and external auditors
• Self-development through internal/external training

Education, Experience, Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required
• CPA certification or in the process of obtaining one
• 3-4 years' experience (public/private mix, Big 4 preferred)
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge in SAP, Hyperion and Workiva (or other reporting software) is preferred
