We are looking for a Senior Manager, Media & Digital, is a strategically focused role with responsibility for all aspects of traditional media, digital media and social media campaigns. The role requires working with cross functional teams including, but not limited to, US & Canada Marketing, Media Agencies, eCommerice, CMI, Influencer Marketing and external creative and media & data vendors.

The function is primarily focused on:

  1. Strategic Media Planning, development, execution and evaluation
  2. Driving paid media effectiveness and efficiency: Across TV/CTV/Print/Search/Social/Video/Mobile/Programmatic/Display/eComm/Digital and Social Media
  3. Using analytics to drive performance: Work with CMI and media agency to ensure improved calibration, testing and attribution of our media campaigns and channels
  4. Media education: Ensuring that US brand marketers understand and implement best in class media and content practices

This position will manage the digital workflow within the COTY organization for Brands spanning Cosmetics, Skin Care, Personal Care, Hair Care and Fragrance.
