Education project manager - CDD H/F

CDD - 6 months

Responsible for delivering the highest level of client experience, product, selling skills training and education to all levels. Developing sell-out beauty business and ensuring global retail excellence. Develop, motivate, evaluate, coach & train national trainers. Maintain brand image by adhering to fashion brands' values & guidelines. Plan & execute effective seminars. Communicate, report, build strong relationships with global teams as well as local markets' training managers.
Help to define the Global Education identity, style and strategy within the Retail & Education team.
This role reports into the Education Manager


  • 2+ years' work experience in luxury beauty sales and/or education
  • Excellent communicator in English - both verbal & written
  • Creative, open-minded, proactive enthusiasm, teamwork and flexibility
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Able to deal with a fast-paced work environment
  • Connected with the fashion world, trend-conscious and digital-savvy
  • Makeup addict, knowledge about competition and current trends
  • Experience in Dept. Stores, perfumeries, beauty retailers or boutiques highly appreciated
  • Able to share their passion for the brands, for fashion for retail
  • Travel varies depending on global markets' needs and may be extensive

  • Design and create the training tools for each brand and new product launch
  • Digitalize all the global education tools on fragrances and propose innovative activities on the mobile learning app
  • Define animation events for each brand for the global education and retail seminar (once a year)
  • Work closely with the multiple global functions (global marketing, license, trade, PR and merchandising) for each brand and the retail team.
  • Building strong relationships with the local markets and supporting their needs and tools for their local trainings

  • Help to plan and organize global seminars in Paris or in the markets
  • Coach the local trainers (onboarding workshops, global seminars, video calls)
  • Support the internal trainings and help educate the global company on innovations and launches
