The Client Success Services team is responsible for supporting the client's adoption and continued satisfaction with the Cornerstone OnDemand Talent Management solution. This role will manage and mentor a team of Client Success Managers.

In this role you will...

  • Lead and manage a team of CSMs, including hiring, developing, and retaining team members
  • Provide guidance and support for the CSMs in the areas of client relationship management and product knowledge
  • Serve as a point of escalation for CSMs when standard processes have been exhausted
  • Manage the quality of Client Success Services offerings including adoption, coaching, workshops, and other programs
  • Enhance the use of the Client Success Center as a place for clients to connect, share best practices, and develop communities of practice
  • Track, analyze, and report on informal metrics associated with the CSM role and activities associated with Client Success Programs
  • Perform other Client Success Service related duties

You've got what it takes if you have...

  • A B.A./B.S. or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development or Finance
  • Business fluency in German and English (Spanish and or Italian languages are a strong advantage)
  • Minimum of three years of experience using Cornerstone OnDemand application or comparable product; high level of skill with the application
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-up to ensure client expectations and deadlines are met
  • Excellent communication skills and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
