We're looking for a
Content Delivery - Team Lead (Mumbai, India)

A successful candidate will have a knack for organization and process management, ability to deliver in a timely manner, and the ability to understand and respond to multiple demands and deadlines without sacrificing quality. As a team member, this person will contribute to all facets of the department's operations. Under the direction of the Content Operations Manager, this individual must be capable of working in a collaborative environment with flexible requirements and an extremely high standard for customer service.

In this role you will...

  • Assist in the timely fulfillment of all e-Learning content solutions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of assets in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
  • Troubleshoot content delivery and quality issues by identifying problems, researching, and applying solutions - often collaborating with cross-functional support teams and escalating when necessary.
  • Serve as operational point of contact regarding content issues and system functionality. Constantly evaluate and strengthen quality standards to ensure a high quality content experience for clientele.
  • Perform content level testing for prospective content partners, including data validation, functionality, performance and user acceptance test activities.
  • Identify and document potential workflow and process improvements and communicate them to the Content Operations Manager.
  • Support larger Content Services team and assist with ad hoc projects as assigned.
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines for the team.
  • Co-ordinate with the US team on all offshore activities.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics

You've got what it takes if you have...
  • Bachelor's degree - Engineering, Business, Finance backgrounds preferred
  • Tech savvy - particularly proficient in Excel
  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
  • 5-7 years of work experience in relevant fields
  • Willing to work flexible hours that will allow for some overlap with the PST time zone
