As a SeniorAccount Manager you will be responsible for the implementation of our clients'campaigns as well as launching, managing, delivering these campaigns, suggeststrategy and optimization and reporting on performance.
You will beresponsible for building relationships with Conversant clients both agency anddirect, and you'll work daily with them and publishers to accomplish this.
We operate amulti-channel environment enabling you to work across a number of differentchannels including affiliate, display, Video, CRM…
Day to dayyou'll ensure the smooth running of all activity. Keeping clients abreast ofdevelopments and manage a multitude of campaigns at the same time. Workingunder high pressure, you'll deliver to tight deadlines and be able to jugglemultiple accounts with various priorities.
You will reportdirectly to the Head of Operations Performance/Lead Generation
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS &RESPONSIBILITIES
You will enjoyworking with our agencies and direct clients senior management and will becomfortable engaging with directing conversations, advice and guidance to C-suiteexecutives of some of the world's leading brands.
Daily tasks – Account performancemaintenance, account integration, billing, Salesforce contract
Publisher management – publisherrecruitment and working closely with CJ's (Commission Junctions) publisher devteam, daily conversation with publishers to push delivery.
Relationship Management – Nurture client relationshipat all levels.
Campaignintegration– campaign setup for both client and publishers. This requires technicalknowledge on pixel implementation, tracking solutions on 1st partyand 3rd party platforms.
Communication – Working alongsidesales and Head of Performance, you'll be responsible for keeping all parties(publishers and clients) abreast of campaign performance and opportunities.
Process Management – Automation ofexisting processes to aid the team as a whole by understanding all businessfunctions and maximizing efficiencies while driving excellent client service.
Opportunityidentification – identifywhere there are opportunities to increase use of our services. Be the clientconsultant for all performance based media.
Creativity – provide creativeinsights into email campaign and landing page designs, bourne from your ownexperience and or market best practices.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Degreeeducated or equivalent is beneficial
- Excellentattention to detail
- Analyticalmindset with an aptitude for problem solving
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communicationskills.
- Exceptionalorganizational, presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficientin Microsoft office suite with advance skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Candidateshould work well in an entrepreneurial environment and thrive in takinginitiative
- Self-starterthat drives deliverables to outstanding execution with minimal supervision
- Mustbe team-oriented

- HTMLbasic (can be taught)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor'sDegree or equivalent degree – marketing, economics or business a plus
- Atleast 3 years' experience in Lead Generation or with a marketing/Affiliateenvironment
