About this Role

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the CRO and additional sales executives in our downtown Chicago office.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and organize meetings (employee company meetings: board of directors meetings, etc.) and events and prepare meeting materials
  • Maintain the calendar and contacts and the absence calendar for the executive team
  • Provide administrative assistance to the CRO and executive team including, answer incoming calls, opening and distributing mail, preparation of expense reports, booking all travel arrangements and preparing documents for off-site storage.
  • Open and distribute the mail for the executive team and handle outgoing mail
  • Complete special projects as required.
  • Possess strong leadership and communication skills including the ability to foster dialogue among internal groups, and foster growth within the organization.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint and Outlook expert).
  • Event planning experience preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including overtime.
  • 3 years' experience supporting Executives preferred
