Job Summary

The Account Managementteam is responsible for development and oversight of digital media/adcampaign definition, execution and launch for Internet Retailer Top-100Advertiser. The Account Manager provides our clients with exceptionalservice by providing strategic guidance to develop and execute personalizedmessage and creative strategies to achieve client business objectives. Inthis role, the Account Manager is also accountable for maintaining andoptimizing client revenue in an ROI-focused environment, ultimately to helpgrow market share.

Essential Functions& Responsibilities

  • Ownand/or support on key strategic accounts
  • Understandand apply the full capabilities of Conversant/Enterprise Solutions platform
  • Manageinternal resources to ensure that Conversant delivers results for each client
  • Develop,maintain, and provide exceptional client service
  • Providestrategic direction, support and insights to fuel account growth against clientobjectives
  • Interpretand apply analytical insights to optimize program(s)
  • Understandmarket trends, competitive landscape, industry knowledge
  • Travelto client site, periodically, for client presentations (~10% travel)


  • Demonstrateaccount intelligence by understanding market trends, competitive landscape,etc.
  • Driveadoption of products, tools, processes and best practices throughout team
  • Demonstrateaccountability for decisions regarding team resources as it relates to theclient, internal team and operational execution and maintenance
  • Abilityto manage conflict
  • Fostera collaborative environment to encourage a respectful exchange of ideas betweencross-teams

Client Strategy/RevenueGrowth

  • Providestrategic direction, support and insights to fuel account growth against clientobjectives
  • Interpretand apply analytical insights to optimize program(s)
  • Understandconsumer behavior/motivations and data for strategy development and execution
  • Createand present campaign performance results for program strategy to clients
  • Developmessage and creative strategies across channel and devices
  • Maximizeaccount optimization to increase ROI for the client and Conversant
  • Understandand execute core marketing and branding principles
  • Developand manage client roadmaps against quarterly account forecasts

Execution, Process,& Project Management

  • Leadlaunches to ensure they are strategic, effective and efficiently executed
  • Monitorand manage program's performance reporting/KPIs, account risk and mitigationstrategies
  • Seekstandardization and automation wherever possible
  • Driveoperational efficiency and scalability on all accounts
  • Provideshort term strategic consultation as it relates to account set up, deliveryprocess and products
  • Effectivelymanage internal resources against client objective
  • Understandand apply technical concepts as it relates to the client strategy

Knowledge, Skills &Abilities

  • Proventrack record in Account Management and/or Project Management
  • Verystrong analytical/reporting skills
  • Experiencewith managing creative copy and design using data and testing methodologies
  • Excellentclient service acumen, presentation and writing skills
  • Creative,self-starter, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Abilityto manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Trackrecord of working across an organization to get things done
  • Demonstratethe ability to learn quickly and think strategically
  • Proficientin Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Experience and Education

  • Education:Bachelor's Degree required with Masters a plus
  • Digitaland Project Management experience preferred
  • 2 Yearsof Experience:
