Job Description
As a team member of the Group Sector Central Function HR & Communications of ContiTech, you develop and implement the Sector Internal Communications strategy. The goal is to support employee identification with the company and its goals. Ensuring clear, consistent messaging across the organization and selection of the right user-centric communication channel for the target group employees.

Main Tasks:

  • Manage and implement the internal communication strategy for the internal communication of the sector strategy
  • Transformation and change communication at sector level
  • Manage central communication channels at sector level
  • Internal communication for crisis topics and 'issues' at sector level
  • Plan, coordinate and implement different content formats (e.g., articles, webcasts, mailshots, video messages, ...)
  • Plan and manage internal events and initiatives at sector level
  • Advise leaders on positioning on internal channels
  • Regular exchange and sharing of best practices with internal BA communicators
  • Leadership and CEO communication

Qualifications
  • University degree in the field of communications, marketing or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in communications preferably in internal communications and within international teams
  • Hands-on mentality
  • High level of resilience and the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions
  • Quick grasp of new concepts
  • Editorial competence (writing and editing texts), creation of target group-oriented communication
  • Tool know-how and affinity to work with different communication channels (e.g., content management system, ...)
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Experienced in complex matrix organizations
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • High level of commitment and understanding of different stakeholder communication requirements
  • Ability to build and move within independent organizational networks
  • Ability to work with teams at all organizational levels (management and employees)
