WHAT WE NEED
The Team Administrator will provide full and diversified administrative support to multiple members of our NYC leadership team by assisting with email management, scheduling meetings and travel, and organizing projects and documents. This person will serve as a facilitator and doer to coordinate deadlines, obtain requested information, manage a calendar of both business and personal appointments, and other related activities. We need someone who will instill trust, have agility in both thought and action, take a task and own it from A to Z. In other words, you know how to get things done!
WHO WE NEED
We are seeking a optimistically positive, agile, intelligent, charismatic, and diligent individual who understands the demands of managing an entrepreneurial business alongside a closely-knit executive team. Must have incredible attention to detail, strong analytical and organization skills along with the ability to prioritize a varying degree of tasks. Must understand not just the task asked to complete, but the goal and take ownership over outcomes. The Team Administrator will be exposed to sensitive information, and thus must use considerable tact, diplomacy, and judgment. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You will need to be responsive outside of regular business hours and be accessible evenings and weekends; minimum of 3 years of comparable work experience and Bachelor's degree required.
