WHO WE NEED
Our Commercial Solutions team builds partnerships with senior marketers at medical device, pharmaceutical, health food and other CPG companies in an effort to drive revenue through advertising campaigns on our digital health information platforms. The Sr. Growth Strategy Associate will function as the 'enablement arm' of commercial solutions to directly drive and impact millions of dollars in annual revenue. The analyst will be responsible for partnering with the commercial solution sales team to continue their extraordinary revenue growth from $65MM in 2015 to a projected $200MM in 2016.
This individual will work closely with the Commercial Solutions team in NYC as well as the executive team to strategize, develop, optimize and manage custom programs for advertisers, collaborate with the media, product, and operations teams in Chicago during the implementation of each campaign and lead measurement of program performance. The analyst will also be responsible for clearly, effectively and purposefully communicating research summaries and outcomes to the sales team and to clients, in addition to executing multiple mission-critical projects that will shape internal operational processes and foster overall revenue and distribution growth.
This role will be best suited for someone with the ability to take ownership of initiating and managing execution plans that will directly drive millions of dollars in revenue. The role requires a communicable storytelling mentality in conjunction with strong analytical acumen. Demonstrated experience working on statistical research and data-interpretation projects, utilizing strong PowerPoint and Excel skills is a must as well as a minimum of 2 years prior experience working in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will have meticulous attention to detail for client-facing outputs (with minimal instruction), a strong sense of urgency and individual work ethic coupled with a team-collaboration mentality.
