As a member of the Commercial Solutions Team, you will accelerate the growth of the business by leading, developing, and implementing business growth strategies directly aligned with the goals of the organization. Our Revenue Team is focused on selling technology driven marketing solutions into the Top 100 life science manufacturers. We do this in two tracks, with one team focusing on media strategy and a second team focused on promotional strategy. Both teams work in tandem on assigned accounts, as we pace to over $1B in revenue in the next 3 years. 

The Sr. Director of Promotional Strategy role focuses on the life science manufacturer side of our business. The mission is to ensure ConextMedia:Health continues to strengthen its role as a foundational solutions provider to life science companies that drives high margin revenue for their organizations. This person should first and foremost have deep experience selling into commercial teams within life sciences directly, including sales, marketing & other strategic areas. She/he should be a versatile seller, able to relate to and consult with all levels of the organization. Common client roles include but are not limited to senior brand directors, VPs of Marketing, Sales and Training teams, Research and Analytics, Procurement, Adherence, Managed Care and Trade marketing. This candidate must have a strategic and collaborative approach to providing solutions for our clients, and will work alongside our Media Strategy sales team whose role is to focus on DTC and HCP media spending that is channeled through our agency partners. 

We are looking for someone that can go above and beyond servicing existing business, someone with a stellar history of creating budgets for their product and services that were outside of the pre-determined media budgets, to really being able to grow business YOY with the promotion of new solutions, expanded network presence & other relevant services. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills are a must. An ideal candidate will be an ambitious, self-starter who proactively thinks about opportunities and how to drive change. She/he must be comfortable in ambiguous and rapidly evolving situations and should be a team player that strives to deliver personal and team goals. In this role, frequent client meetings will be critical to success, and should be expected to occur multiple times per week.
