A patient engagement specialist is responsible for selling ContextMedia:Health’s (CMH) platforms to physician practices nationwide. Patient Engagement Specialists (PESs) cultivate relationships quickly, speak knowledgeably about CMH products and services in different health specialties, and sign on new healthcare locations to expand our member network. The role focuses on demand origination rather than demand servicing and this requires creating awareness for and showcasing the value of ContextMedia:Health’s innovative educational tools. We require our team to be creative, persistent and focused when contacting physician practices and practice administrators. With each new member signed for our services, the PES is making a direct impact in helping educate hundreds of patients.

We need someone with 3- 5 years of past inside and outside sales experience who can close business by building personal connections quickly, speaking to the benefits of the product, and consulting physicians practices on how to best utilize our educational tools. We want individuals who thrive in an evolving and fast-paced environment, can listen and display empathy to gain the trust of members, have a positive can-do attitude, and exhibit tenacity to be #1 on the leaderboard. The patient engagement team maintains a friendly-competitive spirit with a great team environment that is cohesive internally while being competitive externally.
