WHO WE NEED
Member Solutions Executives (MSE) own our client (member) relationships with physician practices and healthcare systems nationwide and proactively strengthen communication to understand member needs, capture feedback and help improve our product offerings. This role also involves up-selling new product offerings to existing members, obtaining referrals for network growth, and technical troubleshooting. This position is the backbone of ContextMedia’s business success - by serving our valued customers/members who are the life-blood of our business model with empathy, positivity and urgency. The MSE team quarterbacks upkeep and maintenance of devices, deepens and strengthens relationships, and improves and up-sells products and features to forward our company mission of empowering, educating and inspiring patients to live healthier.
MSEs have great amount of autonomy to deliver the best customer service by exercising independent judgment and creative problem-solving. You will handle and resolve grievances, but more importantly, you will represent member interests and consult with product teams and leadership to drive innovation, improve member relations and scale operations. The MSE position requires extensive phone interaction, relationship management skills and expertise coordinating between internal teams and member clinics. Our NPS score is 46 and we're continually striving to wow our members through stellar service.
We are looking for intelligent, hard-working, and detail-oriented individuals who have sales and account management experience. They should have an ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, and bring a positive, enthusiastic attitude to work. Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines and interfacing with a diverse group of team members is a plus. Strong communication skills required, both verbal and written, as well as comfort with phone interactions for several hours each day.
