Our Commercial Solutions team builds partnerships with senior marketers at medical device, pharmaceutical, health food and other CPG companies in an effort to drive revenue through advertising campaigns on our digital health information platforms. The Marketing Sciences Lead will serve as both a consultant and subject matter expert working in concert with our success management and sales teams to evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of our sponsored programs while collaborating with internal/external stakeholders around execution and best practices. This work will to deliver better patient health outcomes while exceeding the expectations of our sponsored partners and driving their success.

The Marketing Sciences Lead will oversee complex analytics projects by rolling up their sleeves to build robust, data-driven models that guide decision-making and inspire actionable project execution through our network of industry leading measurement partners. This individual will be responsible for clearly and effectively communicating research results to our sales team and to clients, in addition to executing multiple mission-critical projects that will continue to elevate the quality and value of our programs and network experience.

We are looking for someone with a high level of ownership to initiating and managing performance and measurement plans that will directly impact millions of dollars in revenue. The role requires a communicable storytelling mentality in conjunction with strong analytical acumen. Demonstrated experience managing statistical research and data-interpretation projects, proficiency in one or more advanced analytics technologies like SAS, R, Python is a must as well as a minimum of three to five years prior experience working in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will have meticulous attention to detail for client-facing outputs (with minimal instruction), exceptional presentation and communication, a strong sense of urgency, and individual work ethic coupled with a team-collaboration mentality.
