ContextMedia is looking to add an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our conference marketing team, managing our end-to-end participation and presence at physician-focused conferences and exhibitions nationwide. This person will be responsible for the planning and execution of sales-generating events by creating successful experiences to drive greater traffic to and engagement at our exhibit booth. This includes engineering opportunities to draw physicians in conversations that results in new member sign-ups for our suite of educational products.

Your responsibility as a conference/trade show expert will include working closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify goals, content and promotional strategy as well as manage budgets, coordinate logistics, including travel, and own on-site details. Managing pre-event reviews and communication, coordinating post-event follow-up and optimizing lead generation opportunities are all key responsibilities in this role. Exceptional project management skills are required to succeed. You should have experience evaluating event ROI and ensuring all stakeholders are working together to deliver high-quality events.
