Manager - Onboarding

Who We Need:
The Onboarding Team is the cover of the book by which our services are judged! First impressions do matter, especially for a company that prides itself on providing white-glove service to its members. This team of specialists is responsible for creating the most timely, efficient and positive onboarding process once a new member signs up to install our products in their physician practice waiting room and/or exam room(s). Onboarding Specialists collaborates with multiple internal teams such as Logistics, Network Operations, Media, Sales Consultants and Member Services (Account Management) to ensure a smooth and accurate product installation process.
We are looking for an outstanding Manager for the Onboarding Team. The following are the components that define success in the role:
- Operational Excellence: First and foremost, we need a strong operator in this role who will oversee scaling processes, strengthening field communication, evolving technical specifications, and contributing to product features
- Strong Cross-functional collaboration: The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills – close partnership with our sales organization to achieve high quality and quick installations for our members. In this capacity, the leader should be able to make intelligent tradeoffs with a variety of teams who may have slightly different interests in order to drive favorable outcomes for ContextMedia. This means making meaningful compromises when needed or pushing the status quo when needed
- Solve for tomorrow while executing for today: We need a leader who can think about how the function/role of our Onboarding Specialists need to scale/evolve to meet the needs of the business for tomorrow and relentlessly push/advocate for those changes. At the same time, we like our leaders to be involved in the day-to-day execution without losing focus on the KPIs or outcomes that matter today - no easy task!!
- Build, coach and develop a world class team: Over and above all, we want a big leader in this role. Someone who has a keen eye to spot exceptional talent, coach them to excellence and build a strong Onboarding team.
Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have between 10-12 years of experience in Operations environment such as manufacturing, logistics, financial services operations (Credit Card, Forex, Trading Settlement etc.). We want a strong operator who has strong grasp of operational metrics, can work backwards from business goals to define those metrics and can drive the team to excellence in achieving those goals.
You must be a problem-solver, exhaustive, and customer-centric. We strongly believe in white-glove service for our member physician practices and this technical role needs to be that perfect blend of technical acumen and customer centricity.
