Who We Are
ContextMedia:Health improves health outcomes for patients, providers and life science companies. We provide technologies incorporating hardware, software and media content that educates, empowers and activates people living with a chronic condition to improve their quality of life. With presence in 25,000 healthcare practices nationally, we continue to scale 265% YOY and have been recognized by Forbes, Crain's and Inc for our culture, business growth and innovation.
We are a group of creative problem-solvers - with hustle and grit in our DNA - who fight until we win, and do so collaboratively. We believe in communication with transparency, purpose before self and ownership over outcomes.
Who We Need
First impressions do matter! People do judge a book by its cover. And we genuinely value our guests’ first impressions, their ContextMedia experience, and the “feeling” they leave with. The person representing ContextMedia at the front desk should be friendly, welcoming, empathic, ambitious, positive, energetic, and professional. This person will be responsible for greeting guests, guiding them to meeting rooms, coordinating schedules, screening inbound calls, and assisting with the execution of interviews/in-house events. We are looking for an intelligent, hard-working, and detail-oriented individual who is a ninja at multi-tasking, prioritization and communication. This person will own the experience guests and employees have in our physical office space, and have the opportunity to collaborate and learn about every team and function at ContextMedia.
We need an individual who has 2-3 years of experience in people-facing roles. You must understand, and shape the positive experience of guests, ranging from candidates to clients, entrepreneurs to senior executives, and vendors to employees. Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment, having managed multiple deadlines and positively interfaced with a diverse group of team members is an asset. Must be a creative problem-solver, remain calm under stressful situations, and understand the big picture and company goals as well as the finer details in the trenches.
