Director of Client Success, Key Accounts

Client Success Executives (CSE) own the relationships with our key health system clients and are responsible for the retention and growth strategy within their assigned health system.  They accomplish this by proactively working with our clients to understand their needs, and capture feedback to help improve the adoption of our solutions.   They will work with their clients to uncover best practices and distribute throughout the system to ensure optimization of our solutions. The CSE is responsible for customer satisfaction which we measure through a NPS.  In addition to maintaining the relationships at all levels, CSEs also work closely with their clients to introduce new products and solutions and expand our current footprint.  

As a leader for this team, your success will be determined by serving and empowering your team through training, mentorship, communication, creative problem-solving and understanding innovative ways to best deliver world-class service to our unique members. You will be responsible for building out the strategy for each assigned client with your CSE to ensure we are meeting and exceeding expectations.   The leader will accomplish this goal by conducting account reviews, executive business reviews, onsite meetings, and gaining a clear understanding of each client's goals and initiatives.  A leader at ContextMedia is expected to take initiative, bring a diverse voice, be fearless in trying new ways to enhance our service and take ownership over outcomes aligned with business objectives.

You must be a problem-solver, exhaustive, and customer-centric.   • Minimum of five (5) years experience in Healthcare as a leader of a sales for client facing team
  • Strong leadership experience, with proven success of managing a market with multiple levels of resources
  • Ability to be a self starter and to function effectively during times of change and growth
  • Significant knowledge of, and experience in healthcare, health systems, and technology
  • Experience working in a rapidly growing organization 
  • Strong presentation skills and consultative closing skills
  • Ability to travel to client locations as necessary
