Member Solutions Executives (MSE's) own our client (member) relationships with on-site staff at physician practices and healthcare systems nationwide and proactively strengthen communication to understand their needs, capture feedback to help improve our product offerings, and quarterback upkeep and maintenance of devices. We strive for customer happiness, not just satisfaction, and measure this through NPS. The second key goal for the team is to introduce new (free) educational products to our members and get them excited and trained to leverage the latest technology to improve their workflow and fulfill their patient education needs. We don't have annual renewals or even contracts, but we have 98.9% retention due to the quality of our engagement.   

As a leader for this team, your success will be determined by serving and empowering your team through training, mentorship, communication, creative problem-solving and understanding innovative ways to best deliver world-class service to our unique members. You will be responsible for:

-Scaling processes & strengthening internal communication;

-Studying pattern recognition for operational efficiencies;

-Synchronizing with others such as sales, marketing, engineering and media to deliver exceptional experiences to patients via our educational platforms.

A leader at ContextMedia is expected to take initiative, bring a diverse voice, be fearless in trying new ways to enhance our service and take ownership over outcomes aligned with business objectives. Our organization has a NPS of 46 and we strive to take it even higher.  

You must be a problem-solver, exhaustive, and customer-centric. You can never be too prepared for a situation and when an unforeseen one arises, you’ll need to think on your feet. The Director of Account Management will need at least 7 years experience leading and managing a team, along with past experience in a sales and/or account management roles. We strongly believe in white-glove service for our member physician practices and want someone who has a passion for setting the performance bar high, enjoys the autonomy and responsibility of owning fast growth, and thrives in an energetic team environment.
