The Client Success team aims to deliver innovative programs with exceptional results to our partners. The Creative Strategist will contribute to this by inspiring our commercial sponsors to develop the best possible creative solutions for maximum effectiveness across our entire patient network. This role will be a patient and physician experience expert for all of our office devices (tablet, mobile, wallboard, and TV). You will be the translator who can brainstorm with brands as well as media and creative agencies to transform their work into a unique experience best suited for our platform and the patients and physicians. You should possess a strong passion for finding visual solutions to enhance any experience and be comfortable using data to drive those decisions. Overall, you should be excited to develop and share best practices on creative with our clients, possess the ability to guide development of custom creative for programs, and be energized to work with design teams (in-house or external) to execute against client demands and deadlines.


  • Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical industry from a creative perspective. Exposure to and experience with regulatory and compliance reviews is a must.
  • Pioneering attitude to develop and promote best practices on an evolving platform
  • Technical aptitude and an ability to adapt to future product innovations and services
  • Experience with creative development for large CPG brands is a plus
