We are looking for a Client Success Specialist (CSS) to work in coordination with our Client Success Executives (CSE) who own the relationships with our key clients and are responsible for the retention and growth strategy within their assigned accounts. Other responsibilities will include helping a CSE with key events, follow up, and other client facing activities, including onsite visits.  They will also work on internal projects by partnering with multiple CMH departments to ensure the clients needs are being met.  The CSS should be driven and motivated to ensure customer satisfaction and retention of all key clients.

The Client Success Specialist position requires strong communication and collaboration skills, project management skills and the ability to work both internally and externally with an excellent sales aptitude. This role also involves up-selling new product offerings and conducting training events to existing clients, as well as creative problem solving. We work hand in hand with our clients to engage their patients in a meaningful way.  We need a charismatic leader who has provided white-glove customer service and is a solutions- oriented evangelist with a presence that gains respect, exudes credibility, and has the confidence to deliver under pressure.


  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in Healthcare on a client facing team
  • Ability to be a self starter and to function effectively during times of change and growth
  • Outstanding customer service skills and attitude, with the ability to successfully answer questions, resolve problems, and provide general assistance
  • Experience working in a rapidly growing organization 
  • Strong presentation skills and consultative closing skills
  • Ability to travel to client locations as necessary
