We need someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who has a strong sense of personal ownership to deliver on client expectations. Our Sponsorship Sales team is based in NYC and partners with healthcare companies in the pharmaceutical, devices and CPG industries. We help them deliver their advertising campaigns to patients nationwide as they engage with their health and seek better solutions during their physician visit.  

The Client Success Manager is responsible for all delivery of assets, coordinating with our internal media and operations teams – based in Chicago – to ensure timely and accurate campaign scheduling, and reporting on campaign performance to the sales team internally as well as the clients externally. The intensity begins from the time the deal is inked to ensure the utmost excellence in the quality of our operations and the integrity of our campaign delivery. Our NPS is 46 and we strive daily to set an even higher benchmark by delivering amazing client support.


  • Experience working on digital client services and project coordination, utilizing strong PowerPoint, Excel and CRM-database skills. Digital media is strongly preferred. 
  • Take initiative, be creative and have ownership over outcomes in recommending steps for campaign optimization, notifying a salesperson or client of a campaign issue, or making suggestions to streamline ad operations.
  • Comfort working in a client-facing environment, having prioritized deliverables across multiple stakeholders, and communicated with a diverse group of team members.
  • We're looking for a hard-working person, who has a strong sense of urgency.
