Client Success Executive, Delivery Networks

Client Success Executives, Delivery Networks (CSE) own the relationships with our health system clients and are responsible for the retention and growth strategy within their assigned health systems. The CSEs proactively work with our clients to understand their needs, and capture feedback to help improve the adoption of our solutions.   They work with their clients to uncover best practices and distribute throughout the system to ensure optimization of our solutions. The CSE is responsible for customer satisfaction, which we measure through a NPS and member satisfaction surveys.  In addition to maintaining the relationships at all levels, CSEs also work closely with their clients to introduce new products and solutions and expand our current footprint.  

You must be a problem-solver, exhaustive, and customer-centric. We strongly believe in world class service for our clients and want someone who has a passion for setting the performance bar high, enjoys the autonomy and responsibility of owning fast growth, and thrives in an energetic team environment. 


  • Ability to be a self starter and to function effectively during times of change and growth
  • Experience working with enterprise clients
  • Experience working in a rapidly growing organization 
  • Strong presentation skills and consultative closing skills
  • Ability to travel to client locations as necessary
