WHO WE NEED
ContextMedia is looking to add an Acquisition Marketing Manager to join our Membership Marketing team, managing the planning and execution of all marketing activities related to growth in specific specialties, such as cardiology and neurology, to create lasting impressions within our physician practice community. With a primary focus on driving product sales through lead generation, the Acquisition Manager must understand the nuances of the needs of our Membership and be able to translate those insights into actionable tactics that impact sign-up behavior.
The Acquisition Marketing Manager will learn our specialties inside out, from persona details to channel preferences, and will make sure that the right message is delivered at the right time to maximize adoption through the buyer journey. This role will have ownership over specific specialty verticals, will guide the direction of those campaigns based on learned insights and will be responsible for their outcome. From concept to delivery, he/she will own the execution of all tactics, leveraging channels including direct mail, email, conferences, as well as experimenting with new channels. This requires research into market opportunity, monitoring trends, and working closely with our sales team to get front-line knowledge. You will become the ultimate subject matter expert as it relates to our practices, from the conditions they treat to their decision-making infrastructure.
- Own the marketing plan for specific specialties; responsible for planning, developing and executing all activities
- Collaborate with groups across the organization to build knowledge base
- Conceptualize content direction and work with creative team to translate into real campaigns
- Project manage specialty-specific marketing collateral and campaigns
- Responsible for KPIs including membership growth metrics and CPA by channel
- Energetic personality with creative ideas and not afraid to try new ways
- Experience with SalesForce and Pardot preferred
