Member Service Center Representative

Our Member Service Center Representatives (MSCR) provide superior member servicethrough various forms of contact to enhance member relationships and exceedmember expectations. MSCRs assist members with basic financial questions andconcerns, educate members on all products and services available and help buildthe membership base by opening new accounts and creating loan referrals, overthe phone in our Member Service Center (MSC).

Must haves:

Availability until 7-7:30pmweekdays and 1:30pm Saturdays required.
