Under our CRFlex program, this position is eligible for Fully Remote status for candidates who live more than 75 miles from one of our main office locations (Yonkers, NY, Washington DC, Colchester, CT). Additionally, the successful candidate must reside in one of the following locations: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, Texas, Vermont, Washington D.C. 

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

The AI/ML Engineer will leverage modern data technologies and applied AI techniques to accelerate business growth. Collaborating with cross functioning teams and  translating business challenges to specific AI/ML problems with measurable outcomes will be key.

 

As a AI/ML Engineer you will:

  • Analyze business requirements from cross functional teams and translate to technical data science problems.
  • Optimize machine learning models for performance and scalability and deploy them into production to ensure repeatable and dependable operation.
  • Automate the machine learning pipeline, from data ingestion to prediction generation.
  • Collaborate with business, product and engineering teams to build end-to-end data science pipelines -
    • Gather data from various sources and assess business utility;
    • Perform exploratory data analysis,  feature-engineering/selection;
    • Apply data science techniques to get insights out of data;
    • Build and tune Machine Learning models

ABOUT YOU

You’ll Be Highly Rated If:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, math or related field; advanced degree preferred 
  • 5+ years of professional experience working in Data Science (AI/ML) projects
  • Strong foundations in Computer Science, Math, Probability, Statistics, Machine Learning, Image Processing and Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts
  • Expert in Python, SQL, Unix Scripting,  Jupyter Notebooks
  • Experience building data visualization using Tableau
  • Experience building data science pipelines in cloud (AWS)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with business and technology
