Incident Corrective Action Plan Specialist
United Cerebral Palsy Associations of New York State, Inc. d/b/a Constructive Partnerships Unlimited (CP Unlimited) is one of New York City's largest and most wide spread Community Living Organizations with programs dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with disabilities. CP Unlimited was formerly known as Cerebral Palsy Associations of NYS. Our new name better reflects our wide array of services and programs and the diversity of people with disabilities that our agency supports.
The Incident Corrective Action Plan (CAP) Specialist is responsible for implementing systems to ensure evidence to support all recommendations established from investigative reports are submitted within required time frames. The Incident CAP Specialist will support and provide technical assistance to all programs under the Auspice of CP Unlimited in managing and maintaining required documentation for incidents in order to be compliant with applicable Incident Management regulations.
To qualify must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to travel to multiple locations throughout the metropolitan area, be able to work flexible hours and/or days as necessary and a BA/BS degree preferred.
