Position Summary

The Logistics Analyst - Warehouse Operations role offers a remarkable opportunity for individuals looking for a career within logistics and supply chain with a specialization in Warehouse Management and Operations. This position supports the management of logistics functions across the integrated supply chain and is designed for those eager to learn and grow. This role will be responsible for actionable analyses to improve the productivity and efficiency of CBI's Beer Warehousing network and support day to day operational requirements along with data management, inventory management and formal reporting. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Logistics and Distribution and is in a fast paced and exciting area of operations responsibilities include learning current warehouse landscape at all beer production/distribution facilities, identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies through digital tools, monitoring of industry trends, standards, and practices to create and refine standard operating procedures for logistics processes. Through guidance and mentorship, this role fosters the development of data analysis and strategy formulation skills, crafting a cost/service value proposition for the organization. Leveraging foundational knowledge and provided support, this individual effectively manages the end-to-end distribution network, making a meaningful impact while evolving and learning within the logistics landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary interface between CBI's external Warehouse 3PLs and Internal cross functional Supply Chain teams as related to warehousing operations across CBI's network.
  • Evaluate and monitor performance of external 3PLs to ensure performance meet and/or exceed CBI's operational as well as strategic goals.
  • Lead and assist with management of day-to-day activities and formal reporting, including but not limited to, warehouse Inventory Management, Inventory Accuracy and Reconciliation, KPI monitoring and improvements, Continuous improvement projects, Cost reduction opportunities, Product rotation and Obsolescence, Track program/order Fill-rate and Service levels, Trouble shoot and support inventory/ASN discrepancies, Support development/enhancement of WMS dashboards, etc.
  • Map logistics and supply chain related processes, to include the design of new processes, networks, and distribution modes by identifying gaps.
  • Responsible for preparing statistical data for contract negotiations.
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing data to support the budget process.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to special projects and supplier / vendor presentations.
  • Cross-train with other department personnel and provide supplemental support as required.
  • Utilize systems and software to develop and maintain reporting tools to support business decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (i.e. logistics, operations management).
  • Minimum of Two years of equivalent work experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required. ERP system (SAP preferred) and PowerBI experience is desirable.
  • Must have excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to translate analytical skills into high-level analysis.
  • Requires excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate well across all levels of the organization.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to work with both internal and external customers.
  • Must be able to make decisions independently and recommend viable solutions to problems and issues.
  • Must have the ability to handle a heavy workload and be able to work under pressure while handling frequent changes in direction, without losing focus.
  • Must be willing and able to learn and acquire new skills and abilities.
  • Spanish language skills preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
  • Some minimal travel required, up to 25%.

The salary range for this role is:
$56,200.00 - $115,400.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
