We are looking for a HR/Office Coordinator to join us and lead our San Francisco cultural initiatives. This dynamic role is a great opportunity for a highly creative person to help us build an engaged, inclusive, and fun workplace. About the Role

The People Operations Coordinator will:

  • Report to the Director of People Operations
  • Manage our office, visitors, and swag closet, and own relationships with vendors
  • Run employee initiatives and get creative with how to enhance them
  • Plan small to large social events from happy hours to our quarterly company-wide on-sites
  • Make sure the experience working remotely at Conductor is seamless - continuously improve our remote employees’ quality of life
  • Assist with the onboarding of new team members (desk set up, coordination with managers for first week experience, knowing about building benefits)
  • Be the first point of contact for all SF employees including but not limited to, benefits inquiries, payroll, hiring and coordinating with the People Team; and assisting with office visits as needed
  • Coordinate with L&D for trainings
  • Liaise between WeWork Community Leads and the Conductor Office
  • Manage purchasing for the office and for our employees


About You:

  • 1+ years of experience in a People Operations or Office Management role
  • A logistical wizard: you take copious notes and can multitask with the best of them
  • A deep love of working with people, and an understanding of how to get people excited
  • Honest and ethical: we can count on you to lock sensitive information in the vault
  • Experience with a combination of supporting local and remote team members
  • An interest in building a career in People Operations
