Sales Support Administrator

comScore is seeking an energetic and talented individual to join our Sales Team. This position will act as a true extension of the sales team, and support the team by establishing a partnership to maximize selling time, and provide support during the sales process. This position has significant potential for advancement and will play a critical role in helping the company continue to grow. 


  • Support multiple Sales Representatives with their daily activities and tasks, as well as request, coordinate, and compile data for the sales team;
  • Acts as an extension of the sales team by assisting with administrative and/or sales process support including contract administration, sales material creation, and proposal development
  • Assist Sales Leaders with preparation for sales meetings
  • Work closely with extended team to execute sales closure, interfacing with other company departments (eg: legal, finance, sales operations, etc.) as needed
  • Build Salesforce reports and dashboards to track KPIs and accurately gauge the success of product improvements and business initiatives
  • Provide general office and support and administrative support for Sales Leaders

  • Bachelor's degree, with a focus in Business or Marketing is preferred
  • 0-2years of sales support or administrative experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Excellent time management skills including multi-tasking, prioritizing, and the ability to plan work activities efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively;
