As the Reporting Analyst you will work as part of the Global Insights Team within the People Experience Hub. You will provide key insights into our employees for business leaders, and the people team to inform impactful decision-making processes. You will also be an important part of how Computershare reports data via our HRIS moving forward. If you are experienced at leading MI reporting, producing reports, and working with Oracle Fusion/Power BI, then this role within the people team may be for you.

The Reporting Analyst is responsible for preparing all key people data and reporting required by the business and people function aligned to business demands. The role is also responsible for the preparation of accurate external regulatory reporting on behalf of the wider people function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce regular, accurate people data and insights from people systems for business leaders, managers, and the wider people function
  • Lead on MI reporting and development to support relevant projects
  • Prepare and deliver on all regulatory reporting both internally and externally
  • Measure the achievement of the employee experience through development, implementation and reporting of candidate and employee experiences at key employee lifecycle stages
  • Creation of easy-to-use dashboards to generate insight for the people team and senior business leaders

What will you bring to the role?

To be successful as a Reporting analyst you may hold a relevant degree or have a demonstrable level of expertise, or experience within a similar analyst role.

Key skills:

  • A strong demonstrable knowledge and use of Power BI
  • High level of Microsoft Excel skills, inc. Python, SQL & Smart View
  • Knowledge and experience of working with Oracle Fusion OBTI and FDI preferable
  • Previous experience of working in a complex and changing environment with demanding business objectives
  • Experience of working with people systems and data would be useful
