Mail Marvel: From opening and sorting incoming mail to batching, scanning, franking, and ensuring smooth outgoing deliveries, you'll keep our communication flowing.

Tech-Savvy Team Player: Utilize Scrip and Workflow to streamline processes and maintain accurate records, working collaboratively with the team.

Multitasking Master: Assist with a variety of tasks, including franking outgoing mail, managing couriers, handling interactions with Án Post, and even printing and dispatching share certificates.

Shareholder Services Support: Lend a helping hand with tasks like proxy processing, stock deposits, transfers, and tax form handling.

Lifelong Learner: Due to the nature of our operations, you'll receive comprehensive training across all our processes, becoming a well-rounded team member.

What will you bring to the role?

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• PC literate and able to navigate internal and external systems.
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
