Location: Melbourne or Sydney (Hybrid)

We have an excellent opportunity for a Delivery Consultant to join our Delivery team, based in our Melbourne/Sydney office. If you're looking for a role that challenges you and gives you opportunities to grow, as well as develop others, then you've found the right role.
A role you will love
This role reports to Delivery Team Lead. You will work closely with Customers and Computershare Solution Consultants, Technology and Project teams towards effective and timely delivery of projects, providing hands-on documentation, testing and technical assistance through the implementation.

If successful, some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions
- Deep dive on problems and provide options, engage, and facilitate views of customers, business, and technology stakeholders
- Deliver quality outcomes, engaging with the Solution Consultants and Technology SMEs
- Lead the technical delivery of the end-to-end solution
- Be responsive and work under pressure
- Provide assessment of effort for work to be delivered
- Work with other Analysts and Developers to create and maintain best practices.
- Be a domain SME and maintain knowledge of Computershare Products and Solutions
- Work autonomously and meet project deadlines
- Perform Risk Mitigation
What will you bring to the role?
This team operates in an extremely fast-paced environment, and you will support a number of solutions concurrently. The successful candidate will be able to work at a steady pace and, importantly, be able to be flexible and responsive to prioritise and pivot focus if required.
Other key skills required include:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt and demonstrates flexibility
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work on concurrent projects/tasks
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Implementation Consultant, or similar role
