On Site Sales Concierge - Part-time

As the On-site Sales Concierge you will be part of the team responsible for representing and selling an exciting two new development properties in Costa Mesa. You represent our company, serving as a great first impression and the initial point of contact for this very high profile new development. You will be responsible for answering inquiries from potential customers, scheduling appointments, directing emails and calls to appropriate contacts, maintaining the work/sales area, flow of correspondence, and more.

This is a position which may require flexibility, and availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

At Compass You Will:

  • Welcome all guests to the sales gallery
  • Prepare guests for tours with the sales agents and coordinate previews
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls
  • Maintain a CRM tool, ensuring all data is entered accurately and in a timely manner
  • Provide basic administrative support (scanning and sending documents, filing paperwork, arranging FedEx, messengers, stamping offering plans, etc.)
  • Assist with the planning and logistics associated with events and meetings
  • Maintain and order necessary office supplies
  • Organize, distribute, and keep inventory of marketing collateral
  • Update property website via a CMS
  • Provide basic operational support (coordinate flower delivery, IT service, housekeeping) and ensure sales gallery and model residences are always in impeccable condition
  • Assist with communication between sales agents, the sales director, and project management team
  • Liaise with building security to make sure guests are appropriately in the security system for ease of entry
  • Miscellaneous support as needed for sales team

What We're Looking For:

  • Licensed Associate Real Estate Salesperson is a plus
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Prior experience in property management or equivalent office management experience is preferred
  • Friendly, warm personality
  • A self-starter with the ability to execute tasks with limited direction
  • Ability to be highly discreet and maintain utmost confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Articulate and polished communication style
