Team Overview:
- Email marketing using Constant Contact to send weekly email updates
- Take the lead on individual property marketing including managing property websites and online syndication
- Manage the comprehensive implementation of those plans, including management of timelines
- Measure and track effectiveness of campaigns
- Write property descriptions and blog content
- Manage all social media accounts and development of social media strategies
- Track property advertising expenses
- Daily coordination and interaction with the Director of Operations
- Special projects as assigned by Director of Operations
- Create listing presentation materials
- Create materials for agent showings and open houses
- Maintain Open House materials & coordinate with office staff for the installation of sale signs
- Manage vendor/partner service providers from concept to completion with minimal supervision
- Plan, organize, execute and attend events (some evenings and/or weekends required)
- Coordinate with third party service providers, as needed
- Lead the effort to develop project and campaign reports for management
- Champion the process of coordinating with several key departments to gather the necessary work product for marketing launches and ensure that launches happen by deadline
- Assemble and assist in designing property brochures and flyers
- Strong computer skills: MS Word, Outlook, Excel & Keynote. Experience with Constant
- Contact, database management, and Adobe Suite are a plus.
- Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to work well under direction
- Effective in time management and is diligent and timely in completing projects
- Ability to manage critical project timelines and meet deadlines
- Social media expert, familiar with and adept at utilizing various social media platforms for marketing purposes
- Able to see projects through from inception to execution with limited oversight
- Exceeds at managing multiple complex marketing campaigns simultaneously
- Strategic thinker, able to effectively formulate and execute marketing campaigns to help the company in achieving its goals
- Proficient in utilizing tracking and measuring tools and be capable of compiling clear and concise reports for upper management
- Minimum two years of customer service skills in a real estate related field required
- Real estate transaction knowledge preferred
- Traits to possess: integrity, detail-oriented, organized, positive, team-player
- Must have own vehicle with valid driver’s license and insurance
