You’ll work as a systems engineering leader in our Enterprise Technology team in a fast-paced environment, contributing to large-scale initiatives that impact multiple functions and teams, including our Leadership Team, Strategic Growth, Agent Success, Marketing, Finance, and Regional Leadership. You’ll help define our enterprise technology roadmap and lead internal and external systems engineering teams that work on programs that fuel our growth.

Responsibilities

  • Leading, managing, and mentoring a team of system/enterprise architects, systems engineers and systems engineering tech leads to accomplish organizational objectives
  • Discovering and gathering system(s) requirements
  • Analyzing business architecture and drivers and formulating corresponding technical architecture and  solutions
  • Be a subject matter expert in relevant technology and product domains
  • Creation and maintenance of infrastructure supporting complex application environments
  • Cross-platform / cross-cloud architecture design, build, integration and maintenance
  • Lead and mentor system/enterprise architects, systems engineers and systems engineering tech leads
  • Lead the effort in developing and launching multiple new products, and maintaining and improving existing products
  • Must be able to lead with reference to the business needs and corresponding enterprise architectures and established policies for evolving the architecture as the company scales
  • Contribute technically to projects
  • Contribute to creating an excellent work environment and engineering culture
  • Contribute to building top quality engineering teams and technology practices
  • Able to spot key trends and suggest correction of flawed processes, giving the Engineering/IT organization the capability to enable enterprise success, not just respond to requests

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of systems engineering experience and 5+ years of people management experience in an engineering organization
  • M.S. Software Engineering, or B.S. Software Engineering / M.S. Information Technology Management, or Equivalent Formal Education
  • MBA preferred but not required
  • Familiar with agile software development processes
  • Working knowledge of professional services firms required; real estate preferred
  • Working knowledge of business processes and how those processes work with other peer enterprises in the same or similar industries
  • Experience with enterprise architecture best practices and goals
  • Strong understanding of Business Architecture
  • Strong understanding of Multi-cloud architectural solutions and integration patterns
  • Strong experience with iPaaS including Enterprise Data and Application Orchestration, API Management, and Security
  • Experience with Informatica iPaaS architecture and design patterns for Application and Data orchestration/integration
  • Experience with Amazon AWS, S3, and related Big Data environments and applications a plus
  • Proven leadership and motivational skills
