Product Manager, Internal Digital Collaboration

Comcast is looking for a forward-thinking and creative individual who is passionate about collaboration within the workplace. The Product Manager, Internal Digital Collaboration will be responsible for managing employee adoption of collaboration tools and the continued evolution of Comcast's collaboration ecosystem. In this capacity, the Product Manager will work closely with stakeholders and teams across Comcast to drive the adoption and active use of digital platforms that support collaboration, consistent with Comcast strategic objectives, technology standards, and operational requirements.

The ideal candidate has deep internal collaboration knowledge, can plan and sustainably manage a long term strategy, with the ability to meet tight deadlines, and is eager to bring new technologies and innovations to enhance the employee experience. Previous internal collaboration implementations within large enterprises would be a plus. S/he must be a self-starter who thinks strategically and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency and effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities:
-Advances and executes Comcast's internal collaboration strategy across the organization, working closely with IT, HR, Legal, Security and other key stakeholders. Effectively interface with senior management.
-Responsible for the ongoing integration of digital collaboration platforms with the company intranet and identifying integration opportunities to create a cohesive experience.
-Continuously identifies and assesses new digital collaboration tools and platforms, working with IT, HR, and other stakeholders across the company.
-Understands Comcast's broad and varied employee base and translates this knowledge into the implementation of a collaboration approach that best fits the organization/user needs.
-Consults stakeholders and user groups on the appropriate change management strategies for adoption of collaboration tools (e.g. gamification strategies and other incentive mechanisms that encourage collaboration)
-Spearheads the creation of the internal community moderation strategy.
-Acts as a key liaison for companywide content owners and works closely with stakeholders across the company.
-Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of internal collaboration initiatives. Experience with Analytics and SEO best practices.

Minimum Requirements:
-Smart, creative, efficient professional who is passionate about bringing internal communications solutions to the enterprise.
-Understanding of enterprise social collaboration platforms and integrations with key enterprise systems; Experience with leading collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Chatter, Jive, Slack a plus
-Generally requires 7+ years of related work experience
-Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
-Efficient, fast-working, results-oriented creative leader.
-Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
-Thrives in a face-paced, exciting environment and can manage multiple projects, activities and deliverables simultaneously.
-Experience in developing, leading and executing communications strategies.
-Understanding and deep working knowledge of social media platforms.
-A 24/7 professional capable of juggling projects at night and/or on weekends, as needed.
