Our Client Service Group is looking to hire a media planning or ad sales savvy coordinator to be responsible for assisting Visible Worlds Advertising technology group to manage and grow our existing media client bases. The Client Services Analyst will be instrumental in assisting our Media Sales and Marketing business development team sell in and service some of the top Media company Ad sales and marketing teams. The position will also assist these clients in executing advertiser requested media targeting, creative executive, ad campaign optimization and campaign reporting. The ideal candidate is interested in advertising, media ad sales or client marketing, is a self-starter, eager to learn, highly organized and outgoing and loves to provide solutions that meet a client's business needs.

- Develop a deep understanding of Visible World's advanced advertising tools and how they relate to clients' workflows and strategies
- Service the ad sales and marketing business requirements for a set of Media clients, who utilize or are trialing the use VWs Advertising technologies
- Work with internal departments including operations, creative production, and business development team to implement client project plans and ensure all contractual business requirements are completed in a timely manner
- Develop strong relationships with the media clients and their agency partners
- Understand the media client workflows and business needs to be effective at identifying opportunities to enhance the tool workflows and end products
- Assist the Senior Client services team to develop and execute product training and education
- Assist the data analytics team and other operational team to execute the required business goals and reporting for all media client requests, in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist in client billing and other client usage reports
