Primary Responsibilities:
  • Work with production supervisors to assist them with projects/tasks critical to work cell operation
  • Work with operators to gain information on issues that affect cell performance
  • Work with manufacturing engineers to identity areas for improvement within the work cells
  • Work with operations managers to look at how strategic decisions affect cell operations
  • Receive mentoring from engineers who have successfully transitioned into supervisor and management roles in operations


Basic Qualifications:
  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
  • Be a rising junior or senior
  • Majoring in the fields of Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
