Position overview

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support includes all of ESA Assembly.
  • Providing essential tactical support.
  • Assist and create tooling and fixturing designs by use of Solidworks, Teamcenter, NX, and AutoCAD.
  • Revising, creating, and maintaining manufacturing work instructions.
  • Support implementation of new manufacturing equipment, tools, and processes and evaluate feasibility.
  • Participate in Lean events pertaining to production processes .
  • Investigating ways to reduce rework and waste in the process.
  • Assist in identifying assembly improvements to enhance the quality and reliability of the products.
  • Perform industrial engineering evaluations of production standards.
  • Implement efficiency improvements.
  • Support non-conformance root cause corrective action mistake proof implementations.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • Must be a U.S. Person / Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder
