Job Summary

We are searching for an experienced, modest & pragmatic Digital Project Manager to join our growing Digital & Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Hub in South-East Asia.

Suitable candidate must have strong organizational skills, clear communication (verbal & written) structured approach to manage projects, and client-oriented focus.

Experience delivering high-quality projects against budget, managing project scope, cost, and timelines for a MNC, preferably with past experience in Manufacturing environments.

The candidate will be responsible for managing through all stages of project scope (initiation / ideation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure).

Roles and


  • Manage portfolio of projects to on-time and budget delivery
  • Develop robust project plans, milestones and budgets
  • Responsible for all scheduling & planning activities related to Digital Projects
  • Provides strategic direction for Digital Roadmap
  • Responsible for management of Digital partners, integrators, vendors
  • Builds & maintains effective relationships with multiple internal customer business units
  • With Technical Delivery Management, allocate resource as required to active Digital projects
  • Provide regular status updates including project risks, cost updates, manpower updates
  • Focused on improving business value through delivery of robust Digital solutions
  • Prepares project proposals - including investment calculation, and business ROI
  • Guiding and coaching technical resources
  • Resolves day-to-day operational conflicts impacting project schedules
  • Plays a key role in ensuring legal & customer compliance (where required)

Qualification and



  • Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology
  • Significant experience (multiple projects) with Microsoft Project, or similar application

Minimum years of experience in role:

  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in full software development lifecycle
  • Experience communicating (clearly) with leadership across various functions & departments

• Demonstrated ability to comprehend project financials, and manage project budget(s)

Preferred Skills (if any):

• Preferably PMP qualified, or equivalent professional certification

• Technical understanding of Advanced Manufacturing & Industry 4.0 Technologies

• Change Management experience

• Problem solving skills

• Task scheduling skills

General role in supporting ACE, EH&S, Ethics & Compliance and Quality initiatives


  • Support the Continuous Improvement programs and ACE activities within the company
  • Minimum ACE Associate certification under ACP


  • Support and participate in the EH&S programs and activities within the company
  • Report all incidents (injuries, illnesses, near misses, spills etc), hazardous conditions, and emergencies to his/her supervisor
  • Responsible for performing a risk assessment of work activities, taking corrective and preventive actions
  • Comply with EH&S regulations/policies/programs/rules and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Participate in audits and inspections as and when required
  • Attend EH&S training programs and takes personal responsibility for safety
