Position overview
This role will work with the controls team for the following tasks
Primary Responsibilities:
- Review unassigned and aged account reconciliations and follow up with business units/individuals for account assignment and account reconciliation preparation and approval.
- Prepare representation letter for Collins WHQ includes scheduling rep letter meetings.
- Prepare due diligence letter for Collins WHQ includes scheduling due diligence rep letter meetings.
- Prepare business gifts report and submit to business units.
- Update and maintain the entity listing
- Work with business units to implement ARMS
- Perform controls review in accordance with the ACA Schedule.
Basic Qualifications:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
