We are seeking a program management intern to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience leading a multi-person team to successful outcomes, including schedule, technical and budgetary goals. Written and verbal communication skills are critical to this role, as regular engagements are scheduled with senior leadership, airline customers and Boeing.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Learn and understand the value stream management process and overall Collins Management System
  • Lead the development of standard tools and processes for program management by value stream
  • Create standard templates for program management and senior executive review
  • Develop process and tools for overall P&L (profit and loss) management by value stream


Basic Qualifications:
  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Candidates for this role should be pursuing a degree in either Engineering or Business.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
