Clinical Program Lead, Collective Care

We are seeking a Clinical Program Lead (with a clinical/care management leadership background and preferably an active clinical license) to drive the continued evolution of Collective Health's clinical care offerings by leading our Collective Care team. The Collective Care team is made up of Collective Health Social Workers, Pharmacists & Care Coordinators as well as co-located 3rd party Registered Nurses providing differentiated complex case management services to members needing assistance with navigating the healthcare system, understanding or managing their condition, or needing assistance coordinating care.

As Clinical Program Lead you will be responsible for the delivery and execution of our clinical programs, ensuring technical, legal, marketing, implementation and reporting components are in place and operating effectively to achieve our clinical goals and client commitments. You will directly manage the Collective Care Social Worker Manager, Care Coordinator Manager and a Project Manager and you will have accountability to influence, engage, and motivate the Collective Care team to drive the right behaviors and process execution to achieve these goals and commitments. This person will report to the SVP or Director of Operations and work closely with our Medical Director, Pharmacist Lead and Clinical Account Manager.  

As Clinical Program Lead, you will:

  • Be accountable for the business and day-to-day performance of the Collective Health clinical offerings and for strategically overseeing and expanding the Collective Care team
  • Be a thought leader and the subject matter expert on all aspects of Collective Health’s clinical offerings, goals and commitments; serve as the voice of Collective Health clinical operations both internally and externally
  • Own the day-to-day business operations of our clinical offerings and team
  • Regularly perform and review internal audit results in addition to client feedback and program performance data to develop and execute on action plans to iterate and improve programs
  • Develop effective coaching relationships and mechanisms with your team to deliver superior management of member cases and to foster internal team satisfaction
  • Apply critical thinking and case management leadership expertise to member, client and program-related escalated situations
  • Define and launch clear roles and responsibilities for Collective Care leadership and in coordination with the Clinical Account Manager
  • Assess requests for program scope modifications; develop business case/recommendations for response including changes in standard processes (working with Collective Care leadership) and resource requirements
  • Coordinate with our Product team to maintain and build the technology driving our differentiated clinical offerings
  • Partner with our Analytics team to produce and streamline client and internal reporting as well as to develop new identification specifications and ROI analysis
  • Develop and review contract and SLA language with our Legal and Sales Operations teams to ensure compliance and build processes for tracking and monitoring program performance
  • Partner with our 3rd party Program Manager to run a Joint Operating Committee ensuring joint clinical program offering success
  • Oversee customer clinical audits
  • Lead cross-functional projects to develop integrated workflows, collateral, trainings for program scale and success


What we’re looking for:

  • Active Clinical License strongly preferred, MPH / Master’s degree considered
  • Clinical domain expertise with a broad knowledge of industry business clinical operations
  • Demonstrated success in clinical solution design with extensive experience in process design and technical integrations
  • Demonstrated experience with complex data analysis
  • Project Management, presentation, and strong planning and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communications, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Solid business acumen, analytical and inquisitive
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to influence
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and execute in a highly matrixed environment
