Information Security Program Manager, Dubai

Reporting to the Practice Manager, the Information Security Program Manager is responsible for managing aspects of the anti-phishing program for their customers with guidance from the Practice Manager and other team members. The Information Security Program Manager will interact with Cofense customers, sales and product teams to deliver customized solutions and build strong customer relationships. This position will ensure the delivery of projects to the client’s satisfaction and identifying opportunities to grow and enhance their overall anti-phishing strategy.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • With guidance from the Practice Manager, own for assigned consulting and premium customers of mid to low level complexity, all operational aspects of the simulated phishing program
    • Coordinate customer focused activities to ensure successful implementation
    • Provide technical and operational guidance
    • Build and implement effective simulated phishing programs
    • Develop anti-phishing content including email messages, educational materials, and other related material
    • Develop custom reports tailored to customer needs and requests
    • Travel to client sites to ensure excellent customer relationship
  • Leveraging consulting and information security knowledge, skills and abilities develop customized phishing programs based on customer goals and phishing results
    • Analyze client specific simulated phishing trends and recommend corrective program actions to ensure adequate training and education
    • Research and document global phishing trends that are specific to the customers line of business or operating environment

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
  • Intermediate knowledge of spear phishing and the risk it presents to large enterprises
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Process and Program Management skills
  • The ability to prepare for and present to customers
  • Basic understanding of messaging, SMTP and email products
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Education and/or Experience:
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • 2+ years supporting customers in a consultant, managed services, or customer support capacity
  • CISSP, Security + or PMP certification is preferred
  • Information Security and Program Management experience preferred
