We conduct extensive research on agencies and software in an array of ever-expanding categories – advertising and marketing, web design and development, mobile app development, and IT solutions. We interview past clients to learn about the customer’s experience. We rate the agencies and software based on our findings.
We are the leading online source for research, ratings, and reviews for mobile application developers, and our role as the go-to source for authentic content on B2B services and solutions is expanding to include other IT and digital marketing segments.

Who We're Looking For
We seek candidates with 8+ years of inside sales, customer success, and people management experience, interested in Clutch’s mission and excited to be a part of a growing business and will impart this excitement and desire to do more than “Meet Expectations”. Experience managing a team is a must.
What You’ll Do
Support a team up to 8 account managers and customer experience analysts in meeting their metrics expectations and personal and professional goals within the company.
Contribute to the strategic direction of the company and business processes to increase the team’s efficiency.
Recruit and onboard B2B clients from a variety of industries onto Clutch’s website
Conduct client reference interviews and publishing the feedback on our site as validated reviews
Manage accounts and provide customer service over e-mail, phone, and video chat
Act as a Clutch subject matter expert and advice customer through Clutch knowledge and understanding customer’s goals
Our Ideal Candidate
Undergraduate degree and 8-10 years of inside sales and/or customer service experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence communicating over the phone
Strong critical thinking skills
Strong work ethic and ability to execute in an unstructured work environment
Interest in growing a startup
Tenacity and perseverance
Desire to work in Washington, DC
