Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationships with our Strategic Developers
  • Interface with Clover teams to track feature requests from Strategic Partners
  • Interface with Clover teams to ensure onboarding for large scale app deployments is smooth
  • Track & Manage device re-provisioning and devkit requests
  • Be the point-person for all communications from your assigned developers
  • Review & guide App Concepts from third party developers to successful realization
  • Pre-screen Apps for compliance with legal guidelines, and work with Legal team members on detailed reviews where needed
  • Coordinate new Clover Hardware rollouts with 3rd Party Developers

Requirements:

  • Manage strategic Developer accounts and track their feature asks
  • Review App Concepts and sort them into pre-approved legal categories
  • Work with team members from Business Development, Billing, and Legal to approve Apps and help answer operational questions from Developers
  • Become an expert in our products 
  • Work with our Technical Writers to improve documentation for our developer platform
  • Deliver data-driven, impactful results

Qualifications

  • BA in Communication, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent degree and experience)
  • Candidates must be comfortable writing SQL queries, and creating reports 
  • The ability to script simple, repetitive tasks, or at least to articulate these tasks into requirements is desirable. 
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Previous experience in software consulting and support
