The role is responsible for day-to-day end user support, with a strong background endpoints management. We are looking for someone who has experience in managing cloud-based IT apps and Active Directory. You will also be responsible for end user support in a Mac/Windows mixed environment, account creations/removal, VOIP phone administration.
-Help users with Mac/Windows OS and software applications
-Manage endpoint clients support using JAMF Pro (Casper)
-Maintain Desktop images
-Users training and orientation
-Mac and PC hardware maintenance and repair
-Setup and configure VOIP devices
-Assist with processes and procedures documentation
-Manage user/computer accounts in Active Directory
-Manage Asset inventory
Experience/ Skills Required
-4-5 years of Helpdesk/Desktop Administration in a corporate environment
-2 years of Active Directory administration
-Good understanding of TCP/IP and routing
-Understanding of cisco IOS multilayer switches
-JAMF Pro (Casper) and VOIP phone administration
-MacOS and Windows client OS
-Functional knowledge of Windows Servers
-Google Apps and Cloud SSO (OneLogin or Okta) administration
-Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
-Highly developed verbal and written communications and ability to be organized, and provide good documentation
-High degree of honesty and integrity
-Team-player, positive attitude, and flexible
-Self-directed, able to work with minimal supervision
-Able to lift 50+ lbs
